Order Cancellation by Customer
You can cancel your order before it is shipped. To cancel an order:
Go to ‘My Orders’ in your account.
Select the order and click ‘Cancel’.
Alternatively, email us at support@ustraders.in or call 09717141851 with your order number.
Cancellation Timeframe
Before Shipping: Full refund will be processed.
After Shipping: Cancellation is not possible. You can refuse the delivery or initiate a return after receiving the product as per our Return Policy.
Order Cancellation by US TRADERS
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
Unavailability of stock.
Inaccuracies in product pricing or description.
Suspicious/fraudulent order activity.
Issues with payment verification.
In such cases, you will be notified via email/SMS, and a full refund will be issued within 5-7 business days.
Refund Processing
Refunds for cancelled orders will be credited to the original source of payment within 7-10 business days.
